The placement that stays.
To us, a placement isn't successful once a contract is signed.
It's successful when your professional is still on the team years later.
These numbers stay.
stay longer than three years.
professionals successfully placed.
successful professional recognitions.
We carry the risk. Not you.
Over 30 years of experience in healthcare. Focused on international nursing professionals since 2018, with particular experience in Berlin, Brandenburg and Hesse. We know the recognition procedures of the respective state authorities. The language schools. And the people who make the real difference in the end.
The result isn't luck. It's a system, built from experience and academic research. 92% of the professionals we place stay longer than three years. Because we work toward retention from the very first conversation.
Why us instead of temp staffing or social media recruiting?
Temp staffing
Solves acute shortages short-term. But without any real bond to the team. High turnover. Recurring effort. No real integration into your organization.
Social media recruiting
Reaches many applicants. But the hurdles of the process and the effort stay with you.
Our approach
Experienced international nursing professionals, supported from the first point of contact well beyond their first working day. Result: 92% stay longer than three years.
We take on the complexity. You take care of your organization.
Let's be honest. Red tape. Recognition procedures. Language barriers. Waiting times at government offices. The path to an international nursing professional doesn't run itself. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a fairy tale.
We know every hurdle, because we've cleared it hundreds of times since 2018.
Our process. From your point of view.
6 months to the first working day, on average. Possible because behind every profile with us stands a story: verified qualifications, learned and tested German, clarified expectations. We introduce the person who really fits you and your ward.
We align with you personally. And clarify who really fits your organization.
Digital process via Ankaadia. Team training runs alongside it.
We propose suitable candidates from our existing, already pre-qualified pool. No starting from zero.
As little red tape as possible for you: we take care of every application and push for accelerated processing.
A welcome on-site. Support settling into the new home. Getting to know the surroundings. Grocery runs. Errands with authorities. Arriving.
Being a point of contact. Support for as long as it's needed.
What we offer. Openly communicated.
We build trust through transparent terms.
Security
If the professional resigns on their own within the first 18 months, we take over the new search completely. At no extra cost to you.
Stay
92% of the professionals we place stay longer than three years at their organization.
Clear terms
Payment only on success: 50% of the placement fee after successful placement, 50% after a successful start on the job.
This security applies when the professional resigns of their own accord. It excludes cases where the organization itself terminates the contract, or where the professional leaves due to problems in the work environment.
Not luck. A system.
We don't rely on luck. Our integration model is called HEINZ. Developed with students and professors from Leuphana University. Sharpened by our experience since 2018. Five success factors decide whether an integration really lasts.
Before the journey begins
Careful groundwork prevents disappointment on both sides.
Orientation & onboarding
A good onboarding noticeably lowers turnover.
Transparency & placement
Realistic expectations prevent early dropouts.
Employer coaching
Respectful treatment on the team drives satisfaction and retention.
Language & systems
Good language skills make everyday work life easier.
Settlement & career
Family presence is a central driver of staying long-term.
That's how much the dropout rate falls through structured orientation and expectation management in the first weeks. More on the HEINZ model in a personal conversation.
