One Year Later

One year later: summer party with the team

A real moment from our work: one year after arrival, the team celebrates together with placed nursing professionals.

Summer party with the whole team

One year after arrival is, for us, the real test of our work, not the day of entry. In this photo, our team celebrates a summer party together with nursing professionals who, by now, have been working at their organizations for months. Not a staged press photo, but a real afternoon in the garden.

A year that shows whether integration succeeds

Professionally, many professionals settle in quickly. Socially, real arrival takes noticeably longer, often 24 months or more. Still, after a year, you can already tell fairly well whether someone has really found their footing at their organization and in their new surroundings, and that's exactly what we keep deliberately watching.

What changes in twelve months

Initial uncertainty turns into routine. Colleagues become acquaintances, acquaintances sometimes become friends. Many of our professionals speak noticeably more confident German after a year than on arrival, know their city, and have built a life of their own beyond work. That's the difference between a placement that works and one that lasts.

Why we celebrate exactly this

92% of the professionals we place stay longer than three years. Numbers like these aren't made at a desk, they're made on afternoons like this: when people who were strangers to each other a year ago sit together at the same table. That's why a summer party like this isn't a nice extra for us, it's proof that our integration work actually works.
