Why in-person classes are non-negotiable for us
You don't learn a language alone in front of a screen. Pronunciation, grammar, the courage to just try out a sentence: that happens through exchange with others, in real conversations, with direct correction. That's why we organize our candidates' German lessons in person, with top-trained local teachers, up to a solid B2 level.
Six to nine months that make the difference
At six to nine months, the language process is the longest single step on the road to Germany. It demands time, discipline, and stamina, from the candidates just as much as from us as their support. Anyone who cuts corners here pays for it later: in misunderstandings on the team, in uncertainty in everyday work, sometimes in never really feeling at home.
