The first day, together with the team

After landing, the logistical part of arriving begins right away for our professionals: luggage, the rental car, the drive to their new home. In this photo, our Managing Director Ivo Straßenburg joins the team in accompanying a larger group of freshly arrived nursing professionals at the car rental desk, so this first day goes smoothly.
From the airport straight into a new life
An arrival day with several people at once is organisationally demanding: vehicles need to be ready, luggage distributed, routes coordinated. We plan this day carefully in advance, so no one has to wait long or find their way alone on their first day in Germany.
Why we pick people up in person
We could outsource this step, to a local driving service or agency. We deliberately don't. When the first face in Germany belongs to your own team, trust starts building from the very first minute, and that's the foundation for everything that follows.
The first few hours matter too
What follows this day after the drive from the airport is unspectacular and still decisive: unlocking the flat, the first meal, answering the first questions about daily life. These quiet first hours lay the groundwork for someone truly settling in over the weeks that follow.
