What the RAL quality seal means
The quality seal stands for binding quality criteria in international nursing recruitment. It is awarded on the basis of independent audits and clearly defined standards that ensure nursing professionals are protected from unfair practices, hidden costs, and unrealistic expectations. Key requirements include, among others:
- The employer-pays principle: no placement or recruitment costs for nursing professionals
- Transparent, realistic information about working and living conditions in Germany
- Fair and comprehensible contract design
- Structured support before, during, and after entry into Germany
- Clear responsibilities and documented processes throughout the entire placement chain
Integration instead of short-term placement
