Heinz Personnel Solutions receives the RAL quality mark for fair recruitment

Heinz Personnel Solutions GmbH has been awarded the RAL quality mark "Fair Recruitment in Nursing, Germany". The certification confirms our commitment to placing international nursing professionals responsibly, transparently and sustainably, with clear standards and a consistent focus on integration.

What the RAL quality mark means

The quality mark represents binding quality criteria for the international recruitment of nursing professionals. It is awarded on the basis of independent audits and clearly defined standards designed to protect nursing professionals from unfair practices, hidden costs and unrealistic expectations. The core requirements include:

• The employer-pays principle: no placement or recruitment fees for nursing professionals
• Transparent, realistic information about working and living conditions in Germany
• Fair and comprehensible contract terms
• Structured support before, during and after entry into Germany
• Clear responsibilities and documented processes along the entire placement chain

Integration instead of short-term placement
